Bethesda Church of God is a Charismatic, Pentecostal congregation that is passionate about worshiping the Holy God.  We love God, we love one another, and we will love you!  Our ministries reach throughout the County of Powhatan, the state of Virginia, throughout the United States, and around the world.  

Organized in 1975, we moved to our present location on Easter Sunday, 1992.  Situated on 10 beautiful acres in the center of Powhatan County, you can find us at:

Bethesda Church of God ministers with a heart for Powhatan County.  As a member of the Church of God, with International Offices in Cleveland, Tennessee, we are part of a world-wide movement of more than 7 million members, in over 170 countries around the world!  Here in Powhatan, we host the County’s Food Pantry ministering to 300 households or more each month!  We also host D’Road, a weekly opportunity for teens to come together for fun and fellowship!
